Rules every site has 'em

OOC Rules

• Only one account, but you can have as many characters as you can keep active.
  
  
• Respect all the members (even if they’ve insulted you).
  
  
• If you have a problem with a member, bring it to the admin.
  
  
• Please don't stir up drama, it's not fun, no one enjoys it.
  
  
• Advertise your forum only where allowed.
  
  
• Do not claim other members’ work as your own.
  
  
• Have fun! For real though. Like totes have tons of fun ;)
  

IC Rules

• Character applications DO need to be approved first, before you can RP
  
  
• Stay in character when RPing
  
  
• Use ‘OOC:’ when commenting in a post, out of character
  
  
• RP posts must be a minimum of 200 words
  
  
• Keep your posts as grammatically correct as possible
  
  
• No god-modding, or Power-playing, this also includes no mary-sues or gary-stus, your character is not perfect, it needs flaws
  
  
• No graphic or excessively violent breeding or regular posts
  
  
• Liquid time is allowed
  
  
• Your clan characters do not need to follow the "___kit", "___apprentice" pattern because of the way they got here, most native born cats follow it though. Leaders do add "star" on the end of their name to signify rank.
  
  
• You may post a thread in any of the lands, but the camp, or main dens of the area. So I could post a thread with a wolf into Frostclan, and it could go either in Bright Peak or Frosted Lake, but you do run the risk of it turning into an unofficial fight.
  

Breeding/Birthing

• Please do not post an IC birth, no one wants to read that!
  
  
• You must wait a week of RL (real life) time before claiming your baby, unless you purchased the necessary items.
  
  
• Please don't do graphic or violent breeding posts, just fade to black or something.
  
  
• Force breeding is discouraged, and only allowed with both the rp'ers consent. Force breeding is a form of power play, and is only allowed if both rp'ers consent.
  
  
• Please if you are doing a force breeding thread, DO NOT write about the actual breeding, have them meet, maybe have them fight, then fade to black.
  

Fighting

• There will be IC fights, whether they are border skirmishes or the beginnings of a war.
  
  
• Fight threads can be posted in any of the boards. When making a fight threads, do something like this "Insert Relevant Title Here [John, fight]" So it is obvious this is a battle thread.
  
  
• Each participant in the fight will have three posts for each character, and each post will have two attacks and one block. If you are found not following the two attacks and one block rule you will be warned and if it continues possible suspension or banning will occur.
  
  
• The winner will be judged by an impartial judge/staff member, and it is based on post quality, creativity, and length. Quality and creativity are far better than length. If you write an entertaining and engaging two-hundred word post, and it is descriptive, that's great. But most of the time two hundred isn't enough to get your points across. And on the other hand, a one thousand word post will make your point lost in the words.
