Now, as this site is rather new, of course we are going to need people to help staff it. And so here is where the staff auditions come in.

You fill out the form, on the bottom of this post, and post it. Easy enough? Well there are a few things I'd like to see in a member before I even think about promoting them.

I'd like for members to be helpful, kind, friendly, active, etc, etc. Each of those things are just as important as the other. And I have requirements that need filled before you can gain rank.

But before I get ahead of myself, I'm looking for...

1 Global Moderator;;
they will be doing all sorts of things, from advertising to accepting characters, Global Mods have access to the headers and footers, and they cannot add or change codes without permission, but they can update the side tables, add affiliates, and other various tasks. Global Mods can also accept purchases from the Claw Shop and transfer money between accounts to do so.

2 Moderators;;
Mods will be watching over threads, making sure posts are 200 words, making sure nothing is too explicit, etc, they will also be able to accept characters, and will be able to post baby stats in the birthing board.

Now as for requirements...

• Activity;; This is pretty obvious, I need active staffers who will help keep this site active and running. I need reliable members, in other words. I know we all can't come on every single day, but if you come on once a week I don't think that would be good enough. Also, this doesn't just include coming online, do you stay online? Do you chat around in the c-box with other members or guests? Do you post? Do you have characters, active characters? I will be looking for signs of activity, with everything.
  
  
• Maturity;; Please, I need mature staff members, ones who don't POST LIEK DIS IN DAH C-BAWCS. I need members who won't let their feelings get the better of them and who are mature. I need to know if I can trust you, I can't just hand off my site to anyone, I need members who are mature, won't take advantage of others, etc.
  
  
• Reliability;; Can I rely on you? I need members who are reliable, and who will get stuff completed when I ask them too. I want members who I can ask to do something, and they will do it, in fact, I want members who when I ask them to do something, go above and beyond to complete the goal, members who do not just 'good' jobs, but 'great' jobs.
  
  
• Experience;; Do you have experience with moding? What about moding rp sites? Do you know your way around sites, specifically proboards?
  
  
• Skills;; Do you have any skills, like photo-manipulation or coding that you can bring to the table? Anything that could help make CK more unique or prettier, etc?
  

I need people whom I can trust, whom I can rely on. Please, when you fill this out, don't do just simple little one word, or one sentence replies, if you cannot take time into a staff audition, how can I know if you will take time into anything you are doing for the site? And please remember, you may be chosen on the spot as a staff, or it may be days or weeks before anything happens. Don't worry, I keep an eye on this thread, you aren't being ignored, I'm just waiting until it seems right, if it does, etc.

• Goals: I want to end up the friendly, well known and respected staff member known as Henley. I want to push CK to its limits and make it active and the best it can be. i also want to be able to make it a laid back, and well known site. I want to be able to help out a site like this, that is a blossom, waiting for just the right moment to bloom. I don't really mind doing the tedious stuff like advertise and such, I actually find it kind of fun.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Activity: I have no life except on the computer. I will post often, and I tend to have long hours to sit around and just hang out, fix stuff that is needed, and much more. Though school is starting up again I will have plenty of time for this place, no worries. i may not be able to get on nearly as much on Wednesdays, Mondays, or mornings as I have a lot of stuff planned. Maybe mid-day times, and definitely late evenings though.
    
  • Maturity: I am very mature. i won't chew off a member for something silly like I know some will. I will handle things with care and I won't bite, I promise. I am very good at dealing with fights, and such things. I am always ready to tackle a challenge and I am not afraid to stare naughty members in the face and help them fix what they are doing wrong.
    
  • Reliability: Sure thing. I do go to other sites, so this one won't be my obsessive one but I will always be there for you. I am not gone much as my computer is my life blood, so I will never leave it behind, and even if I am gone I will notify you somehow, even if it means tracing your phone number. Just kidding.
    
  • Experience: I am pack loaded with experience. I have co-adminned many different sites, I have owned a lot of successful sites, I have been a mod on Illyria and many other active sites back when. I have been a staff member for about 4 years out of my 8 years roleplaying. I have been with Proboards since I started roleplaying, so I know it through and through.
    
  • Skills: I can do wolf and cat manipulations pretty dang well considering I know you like the banner I made you. I am good at finding codes for the site, just not actually writing them although I am trying to learn.

  Requirements:
  
  • The computer is my life, seriously, I am on the computer all the time. I am active on three, including this one, roleplaying sites for most of the day whether I be on my iPod or the computer. I seriously doubt I will be off this site for more than a few days at a time unless I get in trouble or go on a trip.
    
  • I have a very bubbly and derpy personality which disguises my maturity. I never take things personally and hate talking of disgusting/inappropriate things in any form. I can deal with disagreements and fights, this is the internets, people yelling at each other over a screen is not something that intimidates me and I will do my best to ease or stop any fights.
    
  • I am trustworthy with most things, as long as I am given reminders about it if I don't do it because I have the tendencies to forget things if I don't do them soon after I am told to do them. I try to go beyond what I need to do, but I usually just stick to instructions.
    
  • I am a G-mod on a roleplay called Circtus and a mod on an in-the-making SIM site called Aliphria, I have been roleplaying for about 7 years and have been on proboards for 4-5 years.
    
  • I can do manips, but only with animals. They aren't 'holy cheese that looks awesome' amazing, but they can look pretty good when I put a lot of effort into them.
